Go to File> Options> Add-ins, here you will find a list of the add-ins that are currently installed on your Outlook. It is easy to discover if these add-ins have been installed on your Outlook. This opens up the COM Add-ins dialogue, where you can enable or disable add-ins. Highlight it and click the Disable button in the bottom right corner of your screen. To enable or disable add-ins, make sure that COM Add-ins is selected in the dropdown (it’s the default, so you shouldn’t need to change it) and then click Go. Go to Manage Add-ons and select the extension you’d like to disable. Other ‘problem’ add-ins include some antivirus programs and add-ins that Outlook determines as ‘slow’.
